Ryno is the first point of control for every X3WEB project, ensuring each job is properly planned, structured, and executed from the start. He joined the team straight out of school and quickly introduced innovative systems that improved delivery and client experience. With a strong drive for results and a focus on quality, he plays a key role in maintaining X3WEB's 98% project success rate. Chief Technical Manager
Franro leads X3WEB's server infrastructure and technical operations. He has 16+ years of IT experience, including 13+ years working with Unix environments and technologies such as Ubuntu, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Postfix, and more. Unlike many agencies that rely on third-party server support, X3WEB operates an in-house server management team to minimize downtime and keep websites and email services running reliably. Under Franro's leadership, X3WEB has maintained over 99% server uptime over the past five years.

Marketing Manager
Lourens specializes in Google Ads and Meta Ads, staying up to date with platform changes to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant. He is known for identifying high-intent keywords at competitive costs and building strong-performing Meta creatives.
