We use Stripe for payments. Most website and e-commerce packages offer a choice of a once-off payment or a 50% deposit followed by 12 monthly payments. Ad spend for Google Ads or Meta Ads is paid directly to Google or Meta, separately from our management fee.

Typically 3–6 weeks for a standard business website, or 4–8 weeks for an e-commerce store, once we have your content. The exact timeline depends on the package and how quickly you can provide content and feedback.

Yes. Google Ads and Meta Ads are ongoing monthly services with ongoing optimization and reporting, and we offer hosting and support plans so your website stays maintained after it goes live.
